Joseph R. Mancuso is the Founder of 41 years old not-for-profit Chief Executive Officers Clubs International Clubs, Joe Mancuso is the entrepreneur’s entrepreneur. Goen Seminars became the largest Stop Smoking, Weight Loss seminar company in the US with sales of 15-20 million a year; keys to success developed a patented seminar technology and a unique advertising marketing strategy that once perfected was easy to duplicate to 3,000 seminars a year throughout the USA. Built a network of stores that offered the 3-5 biggest lottery jackpots in the county 2 times a week within 6 months of opening had 325 locations in 3 states and became the largest in the country the next closest had about 30 locations. Key to fast growth unique concept and marketing plan challenges 2 times a week had to aggregate all the orders buy sometimes massive quantities of tickets and transport them legally in a courrier classification across state lines, sales fluctuated dramatically based on the size of some of the jackpots from 30,000 in a half week to well over a million.

We also provide industry-standard products to commercial sectors such as power industry, waste water management, pharmaceutical, construction, utilities, oil and gas, municipalities, etc. In addition, we provide other commodities such as packing, insulation, cement, boat bumpers, paint, and tape to military specifications. She has paid the Presidentary services at International Sealing Distribution Association (ISD). Prior to that she overhauls herself as Board of Director of All American Asian Chamber of Commerce. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of SkyOcean International Holdings Limited since March 2014. He is known in China as the “Godfather of Real Estate”, to help in laying the groundwork for private homeownership in China, a move that enriched millions and laid the foundations for a vibrant and thriving Chinese middle class. Mr. Meng’s proposed solution is to bring reverse mortgages to China. Called a house-forpension plan in China, a reverse mortgage allows homeowners to tap the equity in their homes by taking out loans against it. Mr. Meng helped to create the program, which is offered in Beijing.
