Joseph R. Mancuso

Joseph R. Mancuso is the Founder of 41 years old not-for-profit Chief Executive Officers Clubs International Clubs, Joe Mancuso is the entrepreneur’s entrepreneur. CEO Clubs International is composed of CEO’s running businesses with about $20,000,000 of average annual sales. The club has over 36,000 members in the US and Internationally. Mancuso is a popular speaker and participants have paid over $300,000,000 to hear the talks and workshops conducted or arranged by Joseph Mancuso. Mancuso is undoubtedly best known as an author. He has edited or written twenty-six books, and currently ten books are classified as backlist books, which sell about the same quantity every year. In addition, Joe has authored numerous magazine articles and booklets; in such a diverse magazine as Success, Harvard Business Review, The Journal of Marketing and The Journal of Small Business. Joe holds an Electrical Engineering degree from WPI and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. His Doctorate is from Boston University in Educational Administration. He was the Chairman of the Management Department at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Massa-chusetts before launching CEO Clubs International in 1977.

Karla R. Mancuso

Karla is the wife of Joseph R. Mancuso and working as CEO of CEO Clubs; a nonprofit organization, which creates a nurturing environment for CEOs dedicated to improve the quality and profitability of their enterprises through shared experience and personal growth. Karla’s responsibility is to look after all matters with Joseph R. Mancuso. It is comprised of chapters in the U.S., India, South Africa, Greece, China, Romania, Australia, Pakistan, Spain, Taiwan and South Korea. CEO Clubs is by-invitation-only membership association. Hari K. Vallurupalli is the President and CEO of RedSalsa Technologies and Trivikram; Co-Founder of CEO Clubs India. Hari has over 20 years in Technology, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Private Equity. Hari is currently the CEO of Trivikram, a Real Estate firm on the Indian Subcontinent. Prior to Trivikram he worked as a consultant CEO of Infrastructure for Malaxmi, where he was responsible for identifying investment opportunities, creation of townships, Special Economic Zones and Industrial Parks. Hari has worked in the IT services industry for 18 years in USA personally participating in the rise and boom in India’s IT services sector. Hari is also the founding President and CEO of RedSalsa Technologies Inc. which for the last 15 years provides Information Technology Services including Enterprise Resource Planning, Content Management, and Application Development. Michael F. Dugan is President and CEO of Western Overseas Corporation, Customs House Brokers and Foreign Freight Forwarders. Mr. Dugan’s career began with Columbia University where he was manager of Accounting. Since then he has served as Vice President and Controller of F. W. William F. O’Keeffe (Bill) was born, raised, educated and resides in San Francisco, CA. He has served as past President of Northern California Construction Institute (NCCI), past Commander of the San Francisco Sheriff’s Air Squadron, past or active member of AAMA, NFPA, BOCA, SBCCI, NGA, CSI, ANSI, ASTM and GANA. He is a member and financial supporter of: St. Brendan’s Church, the Arc Angels, the Edgewood center, the San Francisco Symphony, the San Francisco opera and the Wheel Chair Foundation. Fund raiser and on the committee of the San Francisco Bay Area Boy Scouts, the Leukemia & Lymphoma society, and the Little Jim club. Douglas A. Strouse is currently President and CEO of Global Data Source, LLC, a firm that specializes in business process outsourcing. He has more than 15 years of experience in the legal services field when he was president of one of the largest litigation services firm in the Baltimore/Washington corridor. He also has extensive management and operational experience as an executive of several multi-million dollar companies with responsibilities for international subsidiaries. Doug is also very active in the business community. He is currently President of the Chief Executive Officers Club (CEO) of Baltimore, a 501{C}3 non-profit organizations. Additionally, he facilitates a Presidential Advisory Council (PAC), a sub-group of the CEO Club which acts as a board of advisors for its members. Goen Seminars became the largest Stop Smoking, Weight Loss seminar company in the US with sales of 15-20 million a year; keys to success developed a patented seminar technology and a unique advertising marketing strategy that once perfected was easy to duplicate to 3,000 seminars a year throughout the USA. Built a network of stores that offered the 3-5 biggest lottery jackpots in the county 2 times a week within 6 months of opening had 325 locations in 3 states and became the largest in the country the next closest had about 30 locations. Key to fast growth unique concept and marketing plan challenges 2 times a week had to aggregate all the orders buy sometimes massive quantities of tickets and transport them legally in a courrier classification across state lines, sales fluctuated dramatically based on the size of some of the jackpots from 30,000 in a half week to well over a million.

Fort Worth Gasket & Supply was established in 1918, changed to current ownership in 1992, and incorporated in 1995. It manufactures and distributes domestic Mil-Spec gaskets, seals, molded and extruded rubber parts, hoses, and fasteners to the defense industry. We also provide industry-standard products to commercial sectors such as power industry, waste water management, pharmaceutical, construction, utilities, oil and gas, municipalities, etc. In addition, we provide other commodities such as packing, insulation, cement, boat bumpers, paint, and tape to military specifications. She has paid the Presidentary services at International Sealing Distribution Association (ISD). Prior to that she overhauls herself as Board of Director of All American Asian Chamber of Commerce. Her services as President of Distinguished Southlake Toastmasters Club immensely changed her professional career. She received her BS degree in Agricultural Chemistry (Soil Science) from National Chung-Hsing University, Taiwan. She did texas Executive Education program from UT Graduate School of Business. Dr. Xiaosu Meng, Ph.D., serves as the President at China National Real Estate Development Group Corporation and Huili Investment Fund Management Co. Ltd. Dr. Meng served as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer at Happy Life Insurance Co., Ltd. He serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at China National Real Estate Development Group Corporation. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of SkyOcean International Holdings Limited since March 2014. He is known in China as the “Godfather of Real Estate”, to help in laying the groundwork for private homeownership in China, a move that enriched millions and laid the foundations for a vibrant and thriving Chinese middle class. Mr. Meng’s proposed solution is to bring reverse mortgages to China. Called a house-forpension plan in China, a reverse mortgage allows homeowners to tap the equity in their homes by taking out loans against it. Mr. Meng helped to create the program, which is offered in Beijing.
