Subscription Terms & Conditions
Please Read Before Accessing Your Subscription or Digital Print Services
These Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your subscription to Evolve Business Publication's print products ("Subscription") and any accompanying digital services ("Digital Print Services"). By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement, including our Terms of Service and Privacy Statement, which may be updated without prior notice. Disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, waiving rights to judge or jury trials and class actions.
1. Your Subscription and Associated Accounts
a) Subscription Details: Your bimonthly Subscription includes six issues per year with an annual cover price of $18 and single cover price is 4$
b) Account Information: Notify us promptly of any changes to your billing, delivery, or email address to ensure you receive necessary communications.
c) Digital Print Service: Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and do not share them with others.
d) Shipping: No local shipping charges; international shipping may incur additional fees.
2. Fees, Payments, and Auto-Renewal
a) Payment Methods: Provide a valid payment method (credit card, bank transfer, or check) when subscribing. Subscription fees are billed annually or bimonthly .
b) Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current period. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of the next subscription period
c) Currency: All payments must be made in US dollars.
3. Cancellation, Renewal, and Refunds
a) Cancellation: Cancel your Subscription before renewal to avoid billing. If you cancel mid-term, you will receive a refund for unmailed issues. Bundled subscriptions with digital offerings are non-refundable.
b) Renewal Notification: Annual and biennial subscribers will be notified of pending renewals.
c) Cancellation Process: Cancel through your online account or by emailing subscription@evolvepublication.com.
4. Availability of Digital Print Services on Other Platforms
a) Third-Party Platforms: If accessing services through a mobile app or third-party platform, additional terms may apply.
5.Limitation on Use
a) Single User Access: Only one person may use a Digital Print Service with a single set of credentials at a time unless otherwise agreed upon. Each user must have unique login credentials.
6. General Provisions
a) Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Evolve Business Publication regarding your Subscription and Digital Print Services, superseding all previous agreements.
b) Changes to Services: We may change or discontinue the Subscription or Digital Print Services at any time. Changes to this Agreement will be communicated in writing or electronically. Continuing your Subscription signifies agreement to the updated terms.
c) Personal Agreement: This Agreement is personal to you and cannot be assigned to others. No third party benefits from this Agreement.
