I think there are two main ingredients for success. Passion for what you do – which will come from the commitment and effort you put into whatever you do – and humility to accept that you can never know enough and you will need to keep learning and improving.

Pakistan is a very special location and a country where business is growing. China, Korea, Japan and United States are fully willing to work due to rising economy of Pakistan. I would love to find the best CEO to head a chapter of our Club in Pakistan.

Pakistan has huge possibilities. It is currently the sixth largest country in the world. Pakistan, with the median age of around twenty-two years is the country in South Asia and one of the youngest in the world. That provides a lot of opportunities but also places enormous responsibilities upon our shoulders, upon the shoulders of our graduates, and also upon their prospective employers and the society at large.

Success is your reaction to the obstacles because if you look at these obstacles as a barrier, they become your excuse for failure and if you look at them as a hurdle, a challenge, each one strengthens you for the next challenge.

Achievement is a science. However, fulfillment is an art. If you don’t experience a sense of fulfillment inside, it doesn’t matter how high you climb the corporate ladder, you are bound to remain stressed.

Perseverance is the key to achieve long term success. By staying focused and pursuing the set goals, I believe that we can achieve what we strive for. Today, sustainability in good practices drives long term success.

Success is nearly always built on hard-work and focus. Building trust in relationships with customers takes time and means understanding what is important to them.  Maintaining this in the long term is a permanent effort. No matter how successful a project seems, there is never room for complacency. The world is evolving fast and it necessary for any successful company to keep changing in line with customer needs and available technology.

For a country, success means bringing real prosperity and freedom to its people. Giving them security with liberty to think so that their full potential can be utilized.

I believe corpo¬rate values and organizational culture coupled with strategic leadership focus having diverse, empowered and happy team onboard is vital for business success.

Company’s vision is a very important thing. It is just like the north of any compass which is very vital in pointing out the right direction. If we are going from one place to the other and that’s why once we communicate our vision to every employee we always focus that it is not merely a statement which embodies our corporate aspirations rather it is much more than that. It must become the core of all our dealings and it must become the cornerstone of the way any employee develops himself/herself in the company and contribute in the team.
