Hard work, persistence and integrity remains the key to success. It is also very important to be absolutely focused on the objectives, we want to achieve, despite the odds, we confront. Moreover, in our human interactions, we must show compassion, generosity and large heartedness and help people to achieve their goals.

Believe in Pakistan and believe in yourself. Promote the soft image of Pakistan as well as investment in CPEC Special Economic Zones as this will lead to the much-needed industrialization of Pakistan.

Pakistan has huge possibilities. It is currently the sixth largest country in the world. Pakistan, with the median age of around twenty-two years is the country in South Asia and one of the youngest in the world. That provides a lot of opportunities but also places enormous responsibilities on our shoulders, upon the shoulders of our graduates, and also upon their prospective employers and the society at large.

It is imperative to use technology for landing small loans and mobilizing small savings where achieving financial sustainability require large number of customers and products. Besides technology quality of Human Resources, its training and retraining is another challenge to capture this market.

Trust is a key element in business dealings and without honesty it’s difficult to develop the trust level required to sustain long-term personal and business relationships. Hard work paves the road to success; dedication to the job at hand and application of oneself to the best of ability is essential. There is no rocket science behind long-term success; just the tried and tested and often quoted basic values such as honesty and hard work.

Success is not always about ‘Greatness’; it’s about consistency. Consistent hard work gains success. Greatness will come by the time. Success is not over night. It’s when every day you get a little better than the day before. It all adds up.

Pakistan is a wonderful country full of opportunities. Its great asset is its people. I have enjoyed their friendliness and generous hospitability. I hope that Pakistan will overcome the difficulties it faces and I will continue to work for the enhancement of relations between Pakistan and Austria in many different areas.

Never compromise yourself, your values and integrity. When you have to start compromising yourself or your morals for the people around you, it’s probably the time to change the people around you.
