We, Mitsubishi have the Three Corporate Principles which were formulated in 1934; “Shoki Hoko”, which means Corporate Responsibility to Society “Shoji Komei”, which means Integrity and Fairness Ritsugyo Boeki”, which means Global Understanding Through Business. I think these principles are in place since 1934, many years before people even started talking about CSR.

Success is nearly always built on hard-work and focus. Building trust in relationships with customers takes time and means understanding what is important to them.  Maintaining this in the long term is a permanent effort. No matter how successful a project seems, there is never room for complacency. The world is evolving fast and it necessary for any successful company to keep changing in line with customer needs and available technology.

Company’s vision is a very important thing. It is just like the north of any compass which is very vital in pointing out the right direction. If we are going from one place to the other and that’s why once we communicate our vision to every employee we always focus that it is not merely a statement which embodies our corporate aspirations rather it is much more than that. It must become the core of all our dealings and it must become the cornerstone of the way any employee develops himself/herself in the company and contribute in the team.

Pakistan is one of the most beautiful countries, with rich geographical diversities, historical heritage and matchless natural beauty waiting to be discovered. Whether it's the enormous icy peaks of the K2, or the lush green meadows and crystal clear waters of KPK or the mysterious rocky mountains of Baluchistan, or the rich and festive culture and history of the Punjab; the city life of Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, the natural beauty, and hospitality of Pakistanis, all have so much to offer. 

Devotion, sincerity and hard work are the key elements of becoming an Entrepreneur. It will take time to be on the top of the mountain as it’s all the hard work that helps to make it to the top. Furthermore, I believe in devotion, hard work and spirit of sacrifice to be the formula for achieving long term success.
